Promotions.

In this "Promotions Segment", we will be displaying our findings in a bar graph which will show the types of sentiment found in each different months of the year. Also we will be using a line graph to compare the Buzz trend of the different Sub-segments. Throughout the year 2016 there has been a lot of buzz regarding promotions with UOB Mighty and the Sub-segments include Rebates, Discounts, Advertisements, Rewards, $1 deals and 1 for 1

Features.

In this "Features Segment", we will be displaying our findings in a bar graphs which will show the types of sentiment found in each different months of the year. Also we will be using a line graph to compare the Buzz trend of the different Sub-segments. However, there are only 2 significant Sub-segments available for this segment which are Functionality and Convenience. We decided to display the line graph either way as we felt there is quite the amount of buzz throughout the year 2016.

In this "Support Segment", we will be displaying our findings in a bar graphs which will show the types of sentiment found in each different months of the year. Also we will be using a line graph to compare the Buzz trend of the different Sub-segments. There has been quite the amount of buzz throughout 2016 for this segment and the Sub-segments include Company, Retail, Bank and Users.

Security.

In this "Security Segment", we will be displaying our findings in a bar graphs which will show the types of sentiment found in each different months of the year. Also we will be using a line graph to compare the Buzz trend of the different Sub-segments. However, there hasn't been much buzz in 2016 as compared to the other segments such as promotions but the amount is still significant enough to form a buzz trend. The significant Sub-segments include Credentials, Hack and One Time Pin.

In this "Services Segment", we will be displaying our findings in a bar graphs which will show the types of sentiment found in each different months of the year. However, we would not be displaying the buzz trend as there is too little buzz available for the 2 Sub-segments Customer Service and Transactions. Therefore displaying a Buzz trend would be pointless
